The gift card can be used both in the EVA physical store and in the online store. The gift card cannot be used in the Eva mobile application.
- The gift card is valid for up to 1 year. The expiration date is indicated on the card.
- If the check amount exceeds the face value of the gift card, you must pay the difference, but if the check amount is less than the face value, the balance will not be returned.
- You cannot split the value of the gift card into several different payments.
- The gift card applies to discounted products, promotional offers and products with special prices.
- The gift card cannot be used in the EvaBeauty store in the Respublika shopping center.

Сертификат в виде сертификата, где в нём написано, что им нельзя оплатить заказ, сделанный он-лайн и полученный в розничной сети? Подарок на НГ не состоялся. Обидно и унизительно отказываться от заказа, потому что EVA не доносит информацию корректно.

"Действие сертификата распространяется на товары со скидками, акционные предложения и товары со специальными ценами." - Я правильно понял, сертификатом можно оплатить только товары, на которые есть скидка?

Розчарована цим сертифікатом, його можна використати лише в офлайн магазині, де ціни завищені вдвічі. Я обрала для себе товар який коштував 990 грн і скористалась сертифікатом на 500 грн, а якби замовила онлайн цей же товар, то запратила б 482 грн.
