How to use

To use the gift card on the website, you must enter the gift card code in the “Enter promo code” when placing an order.

To use the gift card in an offline pharmacy, you must show the gift card at the checkout.
The number of gift cards  that can be used to pay for a purchase in the pharmacy is not limited and they may be combined.
The maximum number of gift cards that can be used for an online order is 1.

The Gift card does not apply to:

  • The purchase or reservation of goods in the Podorozhnik mobile application, Viber, and Podorozhnik Telegram bots.
  • Reservations on price aggregator websites (Tabletki.ua, Liki.ua, etc.).
  • The purchase of goods under social and state programs to support the health of Ukrainians (Affordable Medicines, Insulins, Medicard, etc.).
  • Goods covered by insurance policies.
  • Individual orders.

How to Use an Apteka Podorozhnyk gift card

  • The expiry date is indicated on the gift card.
  • If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid at the checkout. However, if the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
  • The gift card value cannot be split across multiple transactions.
  • The gift card can be used for discounted items, promotional offers, and products with special prices.
  • To use the gift card on the website, you must enter the gift card code in the “Promo code”  and select the ‘Payment upon delivery’ payment method when placing an order. To use the gift card in an offline pharmacy, you must enter the gift card code at the checkout.
  • The maximum number of gift cards that can be used for an online order is 1.
  • In case of returning the goods purchased with a gift card, the amount is returned in the form of a new gift card with the corresponding face value.
  • If part of the purchase was paid by credit card, then this part will also be returned to the card upon return.
  • The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • The gift card cannot be reissued in case of loss.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
