How to use

To use the Avrora gift card:

  • in the store, you must present the gift card to the cashier when paying at the checkout.
  • in the online store or mobile app, you must elect the payment method “Cash on Delivery” when placing your order and present the gift card at the store checkout upon collection.

The number of gift cards you can use when placing an order is unlimited - they can be combined. 
Gift cards purchased at the checkout of “Avrora” stores cannot be combined with other gift certificates.

 

The gift card does not apply to certain stationery items, books, and medicines. Gift cards purchased at the checkout of "Avrora" stores cannot be combined with other gift certificates.

How to Use an Avrora gift card

  • The gift card is valid for up to 12 months.The expiration date is indicated on the card.
  • If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid at the checkout. However, if the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
  • The gift card value cannot be split across multiple transactions.
  • The gift card can be used for discounted items, promotional offers, and products with special prices.
  • To use the Avrora gift card: in the store, you must present the gift card to the cashier when paying at the checkout. In the online store or mobile app, you must elect the payment method “Cash on Delivery” when placing your order and present the gift card at the store checkout upon collection.

  • The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • The gift card cannot be reissued in case of loss.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
