How to use

The gift card can only be used online on the website or in the mobile app.

To use the gift cad on the website, you must enter the gift card code in the “Promo code number” field when placing your order. 

The maximum number of gift cards when placing an order is 1 pc.

Gift cards are not cumulative.

How to Use a Flowers.UA gift card

  • The gift card is valid for 6 months. The expiration date is indicated on the card.
  • The gift card can be used only on the website or in the mobile app.
  • If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid at the checkout. However, if the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
  • The gift card value cannot be split across multiple transactions.
  • The gift card can be used for discounted items, promotional offers, and products with special prices.
  • To use the gift cad on the website, you must enter the gift card code in the “Promo code number” field when placing your order. 
  • The maximum number of gift cards when placing an order is 1 pc. Gift cards are not cumulative.
  • The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • The gift card cannot be reissued in case of loss.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
