The gift card is valid only in offline stores: Levi’s, Guess, Baldinini, Karl Lagerfeld, Boss, Hugo, Ultrashop.

  • The gift card is valid for up to 6 months. The expiration date is indicated on the card.
  • The gift card can be used for an unlimited number of purchases within its value and validity period.
  • The gift card applies to discounted items, promotional offers, and special-priced products.
  • The gift card is valid only in offline stores: Levi’s, Guess, Baldinini, Karl Lagerfeld, Boss, Hugo, Ultrashop.
  • To use the Guess gift card in an offline store, it must be presented to the cashier at the time of payment.

  • If part of the purchase was paid by bank card, that amount will be refunded to the card as well.
  • The gift card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • The gift card cannot be restored if lost.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
