Васильковская 100а, Киев. Ни один из кассиров (в т.ч. и старший кассир) не умеет пользоваться подарочными сертификатами. Все убеждали, что он уже активирован. В итоге получилось рассчитаться сертификатом самостоятельно на кассе самообслуживания.

Бажана 10. 30 хвилин стояв на касі самообсл. тому що касир сказав що платіж не пройшов і повинен повернутись. Адміністратора чекав 20 хвилин бо у неї були більш важливі справи (з її слів). Ні у кого іншого не вистачило кваліфікації подзвонити в підтримку.
