How to use

The gift card can only be used online on the website or in the mobile app. To use the gift card, select the payment type "Payment upon receipt of goods" and enter the unique certificate code in the "Gift card" field.

The maximum number of gift cards that can be used in a single order to purchase goods is 30.

The gift card can be used to pay for any goods sold by Rozetka, except for goods in the categories "Alcoholic beverages", "Electronic cigarettes and accessories", "Tobacco products" and "Gift cards".

The gift card can be used online on the website or in the mobile app only for goods sold by ROZETKA. The gift card does not apply to goods sold by Rozetka EU and Other sellers (processed by Rozetka).

  • If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid at the checkout. However, if the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
  • The gift card value cannot be split across multiple transactions.
  • To use the gift card, select the payment type "Payment upon receipt of goods" and enter the unique certificate code in the "Gift card" field.
  • The maximum number of gift cards that can be used in a single order to purchase goods is 30.
  • The gift card can be used to pay for any goods sold by Rozetka, except for goods in the categories "Alcoholic beverages", "Electronic cigarettes and accessories", "Tobacco products" and "Gift cards".
  • The gift card can be used for discounted items, promotional offers, and products with special prices.
  • In case of returning the goods purchased with a gift card, the amount is returned in the form of a new gift card with the corresponding face value.
  • If part of the purchase was paid by credit card, then this part will also be returned to the card upon return.
  • The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
  • The gift card cannot be reissued in case of loss.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Другий раз купляю сертікат розетки і все чудово. Перший раз купляв високоріз для дерев, в другий раз акумуляторну болгарку. Якщо люди не можуть прочитати умови використання сертифіката, то це не проблема сертифіката від розетки - це саме ваша неуважність. Перед тим, як купляти сертифікат, спочатку знайдіть і перевірте товар на розетці (у фільтрах продавець тільки РОЗЕТКА), додайте його у кошик, подивіться вартість з урахуванням доставки, а вже тільки після цього купляйте сертифікат,коли ви знаєте точну суму. Безліч якісних товарів з гарними відгуками саме від продавця Розетка є на маркетплейсі.

Теж уважно прочитав умови, а також відгуки інших. Купив сертифікат на 4000 грн., знайшов необхідний мені товар від продавця Розетка у фільтрах зліва на сайті (не Розетка EU і не інші продавці Розетка). Далі при виборі оплати вибрав "при отриманні", і з'явилася можливість ввести номер сертифіката — пару секунд — і вуаля, знижка спрацювала на всю суму. Я оформив замовлення. Єдине, що я не міг змінити, — це кур’єрська доставка, яка вартувала 600+ грн. Це додалося до вартості + 100 грн комісії від самої розетки. Я брав товар на 3300 + 600 (доставка кур'єром) + 100 грн комісії і сертифікат на 4000 грн. Опрацювався відмінно. Надіюся, мій коментар буде корисним.

Сертифікат працює. Перед купівлею раджу прочитати всі коментарі і умови використання сертифікату. Я врахувала всі зауваження і все вийшло.
