How to use
To use the gift card at the restaurant, it must be presented at the time of payment.
The gift cards is valid at all restaurants of the chain in Kyiv, except for restaurants in Bukovel and those located at WOG gas stations.
To use the gift card on the website, enter the gift card code in the “Promo code” field and click the “Apply” button when placing your order.
To use the gift card in the mobile app, enter the code and denomination of the gift card in the comments to the order and select the payment method “cash” or “card to the courier”.
To use the gift card by phone, you must provide the gift card code to the operator.
The number of gift cards you can use when placing an order is unlimited. They can be summed up.
How to Use a Tbiliso gift card
- The gift card is valid for 12 months. The expiration date is indicated on the card.
- If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid at the checkout. However, if the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
- The gift card value cannot be split across multiple transactions.
- The gift card can be used for discounted items, promotional offers, and products with special prices.
- The gift certificate does not apply to alcoholic beverages.
