How to Use a TSUM gift card

• The gift card is valid for up to 12 months.The expiration date is indicated on the card.
• If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the difference must be paid at the checkout. However, if the purchase amount is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will not be refunded.
• The gift card value cannot be split across multiple transactions.
• The gift card can be used for discounted items, promotional offers, and products with special prices.
• To use the TSUM gift card in the offline store, you must present the gift card to the cashier when paying at the checkout.
• The gift cards is valid for products from selected brands* with black price tags. (The list of brands to which the gift card applies can be found on the website – tsum.ua).
• The gift card is valid only in the offline store of TSUM.
• The number of gift cards you can use when placing an order is unlimited - they can be combined.
• Goods purchased with a cheque paid for by a gift card can be exchanged at the cash desk for identical goods in a different size without a refund.
• If part of the purchase was paid by credit card, then this part will also be returned to the card upon return.
• The gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
• The gift card cannot be reissued in case of loss.
• The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
