Просто распечатанные сертификаты на кассе не проводят, их нужно поменять на подарочные карточки Ашан. Нужно это указать в описании. Мы не знали, потратили время и нервы. Набрали товар, потом оказалось, что нужно идти на клиентский сервис, охрана отмена!

Елена, добрый день. Да, к сожалению, магазины сети Ашан не принимают распечатанные сертификаты на кассе их действительно нужно обменять на физические карты на инфо-кассе. Эта информация указана в Деталях использования для ознакомления клиентов.

Ви можете обрати фізичний сертифікат, який ми відправимо за допомогою служби Нової пошти, або ж електронний, який приходить протягом 15-ти хвилин на вашу електронну адресу, Вайбер або телеграм. Електронний сертифікат необхідно роздрукувати та обміняти на фізичний сертифікат в пункті обслуговування клієнтів в будь-якому магазині "Ашан».
Незалежно від типу, сертифікат Ашан потрібно використовувати на касі магазину.
