How to use Citrus gift card

1. The gift card is valid for up to 1 year. The expiration date is indicated on the card.
2. If the amount of the check exceeds the face value of the e-gift card, you must pay the difference at the store's cash desk, but if the amount of the check is less than the face value, the balance is not returned.
3. It is not possible to split the face value of the e-certificate into several different payments.
4. The validity of the certificate applies to goods with discounts, promotional offers and goods with special prices.
5. When paying for goods with a gift certificate, it is possible to use a bonus card.
6. You can pay for the purchase of goods in the online store with an electronic gift certificate if the delivery method is “Citrus store pickup” and present it when paying at the store's checkout upon receipt of the order.
7. The number of certificates for payment of a purchase is unlimited, they can be summed up.
8. The certificate can be used as a down payment when making a purchase on credit.
9. The certificate cannot be used for the purchase of goods and services: "Account top-up", "Shopping card", "Loan payment".
10. In case of return of the goods purchased using a certificate, the refund for the goods is carried out by issuing a new certificate.
11. The exchange and return of goods purchased using the certificate is carried out only in the store where the goods were issued, in accordance with the general procedure provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.
12. The gift card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
13. The certificate cannot be returned or restored in case of loss.
14. The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
