How to use the Decathlon certificate

1. The certificate is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The card has an expiration date.
2. If the check amount exceeds the nominal value of the certificate, you must pay the difference at the store checkout
3. A gift certificate can be split into an unlimited number of checks within the denomination and validity period.
4. The certificate applies to goods with discounts, promotional offers and goods with special prices.
5. When paying for goods with a gift certificate, it is possible to use a bonus card.
6. The certificate can only be used at the Decathlon retail chain.
7. The number of certificates to pay for the purchase is not limited, they can be summed up.
8. Return of goods purchased using a gift certificate is carried out within 14 calendar days if the client is not a member of the "My Decathlon" bonus program or within 12 calendar months if the client is a member of the bonus program.
9. When returning an item purchased using a certificate, the customer will receive a new Decathlon certificate of the corresponding denomination.
10. Returns of items purchased using a gift certificate must be made at the same store where the item was purchased.
11. The certificate cannot be returned or exchanged.
12. The certificate cannot be restored in case of loss.
13. The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
