    How to use

    To use the MEGOGO electronic certificate, you must:

    • on the MEGOGO website - enter the code at megogo.net/code;
    • on Smart TV - go to “Profile” in the Programs menu and select “Enter promo code”;
    • in the MEGOGO app for mobile devices - go to “Profile” and select “Enter promo code”.  (For IOS devices - go to megogo.net through a browser, log in and activate the promo code, then log in to your profile from the application on your smartphone)

    The number of certificates for activation is not limited, they can be summarized.

      How to use the MEGOGO gift card

      1. The gift card is valid for 1 year. The expiration date is indicated on the card.
      2. You cannot split the face value of the gift card into several different activations.
      3. The number of gift cards to pay for the purchase is unlimited, they can be summed up.
      4. Gift card intended for use in Ukraine are not valid in other countries and cannot be exchanged.
      5. The gift card is not refundable or exchangeable.
      6. The gift card is not subject to return and restoration in case of loss.
      7. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
