      How to use a Mentoly gift card

       

      1. The gift card is valid for 6 months. The expiration date is indicated on the card.
      2. If the face value of the gift card is not enough to pay for the session, you must pay the difference.
      3. If the face value of the gift card is greater than the value of the session, the balance of the denomination will remain on the balance of your Mentoly wallet.
      4. The number of gift cards for payment is not limited, they can be summed up.
      5. The validity of the gift card extends to discounted services and promotional offers.
      6. The gift card cannot be used when buying another gift card or paying for "group therapy" services.
      7. The remaining face value of the gift card in the wallet cannot be exchanged for cash.
      8. The gift card is not refundable or exchangeable.
      9. The gift card cannot be restored in case of loss.
      10. The gift card is not exchangeable for money.
