How to use the Optima Hotels & Resorts gift card

1. The gift card is valid for 1 year. The expiration date is indicated on the card.
2. If the amount of the check exceeds the face value of the gift card, an additional payment of the difference in the hotel is provided.
3. It is not possible to split the face value of the gift card into several different payments.
4. If the amount of the check is less than the face value of the gift card, the balance can be used for additional payments hotel services: restaurant (with the exception of the purchase of alcohol/tobacco products, nutrition conference), SPA.
5. The number of gift cards for payment is not limited, they can be summed up.
6. The gift card is not valid in the hotels of the marketing network "UA Hotel Alliance" and in the hotel "Optima Collection Chernihiv".
7. The gift card cannot be used to pay the tourist tax.
8. The gift card is not refundable or exchangeable.
9. The gift card cannot be restored in case of loss.
10. The gift card is not exchangeable for money.
