How to use

To use a physical or electronic Planet Kino gift card, you must present a promotional code at the checkout to exchange for one or more tickets. To use the certificate online, please select your tickets and enter the certificate code in the promo code field at the payment step.
Only one gift card can be redeemed per purchase.

How to use Planeta Kino gift card

  • The expiration date of the gift card is indicated on the card.
  • If the cost of tickets is equal to the nominal value of the gift card, in the ticket office you need to pay 1 UAH for each ticket. The site does not need to pay extra.
  • If the amount of the check exceeds the nominal value of the gift card - you need to pay the difference at the store's checkout, but if the amount of the check is less than the face value, the balance is not returned.
  • It is impossible to split the nominal value of the gift card into several different payments.
  • Only one gift card can be exchanged per purchase per session.
  • For films in 3D-format in CINETECH + and 4DX technology, you must separately purchase personalized 3D glasses or take your own 3D glasses.
  • You cannot use the gift card at the Nospoiler Cinema Bar and the kitchen / bar of the RE'LUX Film Restaurant.
  • You can exchange a gift card for any film in any technology, RE'LUX cream.
  • The gift card cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The gift card cannot be restored in case of loss.
  • The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
