<p>Only one certificate can be exchanged per purchase.</p>
- The expiration date of the certificate is indicated on the card.
- You can exchange and return tickets purchased under a certificate at the cinema box office, via online chat at planetakino.ua or by calling 0800300600 (daily, 9: 00-22: 00; free of charge from any number in Ukraine).
- If the cost of tickets is equal to the nominal value of the certificate, in the ticket office you need to pay 1 UAH for each ticket. The site does not need to pay extra.
- If the amount of the check exceeds the nominal value of the certificate - you need to pay the difference at the store's checkout, but if the amount of the check is less than the face value, the balance is not returned.
- It is impossible to split the nominal value of the certificate into several different payments.
- Only one certificate can be exchanged per purchase per session.
- For films in 3D-format in CINETECH + and 4DX technology, you must separately purchase personalized 3D glasses or take your own 3D glasses.
- You cannot use the certificate at the Nospoiler Cinema Bar and the kitchen / bar of the RE'LUX Film Restaurant.
- You can exchange a gift certificate for any film in any technology, RE'LUX cream.
- The certificate cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The certificate cannot be restored in case of loss.
- The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
